Dear parents,

P1 (2027) Joint Admission Exercise Update

Do take note of the timeline for P1 (2027) Joint Admission Exercise:

• Application Period: Monday – Friday, 02/03/2026 to 06/03/2026 at 2359 hrs (Online)
• Madrasah Entrance Test : Saturday 25/04/2026 (Timing will be emailed later)
• Application Result Release : Tuesday 09/06/2026 (Via email between 12pm to 4pm)
• Registration Exercise for Admission : Tuesday – Saturday 09/06/2026 to 23/06/2026 (Online)
• THERE WILL BE NO PROVISION FOR APPEAL  FOR MADRASAH IRSYAD ZUHRI AL-ISLAMIAH

Eligibility
P1 2027 Registration is only for children born on or between 2 Jan 2020 – 1 Jan 2021.

Application Fee
A non-refundable administrative fee of $50.00 will be charged for every application.
Payment via bank transfer/paynow only.

Number of Vacancies
210 (boys and girls)

Required documents needed for registration
1. Identity cards of both parents and guardians (if applicable)
2. Child’s birth certificate and Certificate of Citizenship (if applicable)
3. Deferment Letter from Ministry of Education (if applicable)
4. Summary of K1 Progress Report/subjects took in K1
5. Other related documents such as divorce papers, custody letters, death certificate,
adoption certificate, Marriage Certificate of step parents etc. (where applicable)

For application made by the guardian, please also attach an authorisation letter from the parents
